At Vantori, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically delivered within 4–11 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside of our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS where applicable.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Vantori is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details.
